A few details.
A clear purpose.

What is collected

Give Back Bingo collects your serial number, full name, telephone number, registration time, and entry reference to administer this promotional raffle.

How the information is used

The information validates your serial number, records your entry, supports random winner selection, prevents duplicate serial registrations, and lets the organizer contact winners. Access to the entry list is restricted to authorized organizers.

Winner display

The draw presentation shows the winner’s first name and last initial. Telephone numbers and full serial numbers are not shown on that screen.

Security and storage

Entries are stored in the website’s hosted database. To limit automated attempts, the website stores a one-way hash of the connection address and a request counter. This page does not use advertising trackers.

Corrections and removal

Contact the Give Back Bingo organizer through the channel that provided your serial number to request a correction or removal. Keep your serial number and entry reference so the organizer can identify your entry.
